These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of subscription licenses for the ManageRefund software plugin (automatic withdrawal-right management for WooCommerce, compliant with D.Lgs. 209/2025 and EU Directive 2023/2673) via managerefund.com. By making a purchase, the Customer fully accepts these terms.
ManageRefund is provided as a digital content/service: a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license for the plugin, activatable on a number of sites defined by the purchased plan. This is not the sale of a physical good.
Prices are shown in Euros, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout (credit card, PayPal). The subscription is activated only after payment confirmation.
The subscription lasts for the duration of the chosen plan (e.g. monthly, yearly) and renews automatically at expiry, unless cancelled by the Customer before the renewal date, which can be done independently from the "My subscriptions" area. Upon renewal, the amount is charged using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of purchase, without giving any reason, by writing to info@managerefund.com. This period is voluntarily longer than the 14-day minimum required by EU consumer law.
As this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal lapses early once performance of the service begins (i.e. license activation), provided the Customer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal, as set out under applicable EU consumer law. This consent is requested at checkout.
The Customer may still request deactivation of automatic renewal at any time, free of charge, for periods following the first one.
ManageRefund is provided "as is". We commit to ensuring the plugin works correctly under normal conditions of use and to providing support for reported technical issues. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from improper use of the plugin or incompatibility with non-standard configurations of the Customer's site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that applicable law mandatorily grants to consumers.
ManageRefund, its code, trademark, and materials are owned by AF Project di Benzi Filippo. Purchasing a subscription only grants a usage license, not a transfer of any intellectual property right.
In case of failed renewal payment, access to plugin features may be suspended until the situation is resolved. We reserve the right to suspend the service in case of fraudulent or unlawful use.
These Terms may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated by email to Customers with an active subscription.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For Customers acting as consumers, the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence applies where mandated by applicable law. For any other dispute, the Court of Modena (Italy) has jurisdiction.
