Shortcode form
Place [managerefund_form] on any page. The form verifies order number and email, checks the return window, and sends notifications.
Automatic email notifications
The customer receives immediate confirmation, the merchant gets a notification with all request details. Customizable templates from the dashboard.
No database
Requests are not stored in the database: zero overhead, zero data accumulation risk. Everything goes via email in real time.
GDPR privacy checkbox
The form includes a mandatory privacy policy checkbox, with text and URL configurable from the backend. Client and server-side validation.
Elementor widget included
If you use Elementor, the form is available as a drag & drop widget in the "ManageRefund" section. No code needed.
Configurable order statuses
Choose which order statuses are eligible for returns (e.g. Completed, Delivered). Compatible with ManageRefund Pro custom statuses.

Download the zip
Click the button below to download the plugin .zip file.
Install from the WordPress dashboard
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the zip file and click "Install Now". Then activate the plugin.
Insert the shortcode
Create a WordPress page (e.g. "Returns") and insert the shortcode [managerefund_form]. The form is immediately active.
